‘Hilma’ is a collaborative collection of ceramic ware and table accessories in cork and fabric inspired by Hilma af Klint’s ‘Paintings of the Future’ series. The ongoing collaboration has been an opportunity that has allowed both designers to question their existing practice and step out of their comfort zone to create pieces that push the boundaries of function and form.
"We wanted to take food and tableware away from the shapes that we’re used to while keeping their utility intact - durability, how they feel when they’re held, how they react with food- making sure they’re easy to eat from, to clean and store."
(COLLABORATIONS)
Lagom, created in collaboration with Rosko Design, is an easy, everyday wear collection made from thoughtfully researched fabrics.
The silhouettes are designed to aid the fluidity of the fabrics. The pieces are meant to take on many roles just as you do through the day.
The rose petal fibre, lotus stem fibre and ethically sourced cotton are innately soft and lustrous. These alternate fabrics were at the centre of the brand's inception and explore their viability and role in the growing conscious fashion space.
